Deleting your LifeJourney Account

Purpose

Deleting your account from the mobile app or web will permanently remove your profile and all information you provided to Territorium. This will also remove your access to your badges. However, badges already issued to you in LifeJourney will remain with the issuing institution.

This action cannot be undone. If you are having trouble with your account, please email support@territorium.com rather than deleting the account so that your data will not be lost.

Deletion of Account on Mobile App

In your LifeJourney application on your mobile device you can access your profile tools at the top of the screen by clicking your profile image. Select Settings from your profile menu to access the tools related to your account.

In settings, select the blue Delete account button at the bottom of the screen. You will be issued a warning with information about deleting your account – click the blue Delete my account now button to proceed or Cancel to stop.

You will receive an email at the address used to create your account with instructions to confirm and complete the account deletion. Please check the spam or junk email folders if you do not receive this email from support-lifejourney@territorium.us.

After you confirm, you will receive a final email notification.

Deletion of Account on Web

In LifeJourney access your profile tools at the top of the screen by clicking your profile image.

Select Edit account.

Select the red Delete account button at the bottom of the screen. You will be issued a warning with information about deleting your account – click the red Delete Account button to proceed or Cancel to stop.

You will receive an email at the address used to create your account with instructions to confirm and complete the account deletion. Please check the spam or junk email folders if you do not receive this email from support-lifejourney@territorium.us.

After you confirm, you will receive a final email notification.
