If you currently log in using your school email or institution’s Single Sign-On (SSO) and want to continue accessing your account after your affiliation ends, you can convert your account to use a personal email and password.
How to Request the Change
- Email support@territorium.com with the subject: 'Request to Convert Institution Email to Personal Email'.
- Include the following in your email:
- Your full name
- Your institution email address
- Your desired personal email address (must not be a .edu email)
- Your approximate last activity date in LifeJourney
What Happens Next
- Our Support Team will verify your identity. If you still have access to your institution email, you’ll be asked to log in. If not, we may confirm using security questions, recent account activity, or through your institution.
- You’ll receive an email at your personal email. Reply to the email as soon as possible within 24 hours to confirm your email address.
- We will then update your account to use your personal email and guide you to updating your password.
- You’ll set a password and the conversion will be complete.
Important Notes
- Your learning history and earned credentials will remain in your account.
- Features provided by your institution may end after your affiliation changes.
