This article provides a concise overview of system roles, their associated permissions, menu access, and special considerations to aid LifeJourney customers in understanding the scope of each role.
To Update user roles for your LifeJourney account, follow these steps:
- Log in to LifeJourney with your administrator credentials
- Go to the Issuers Management tool on the Left Menu under Platform Settings
- For each user, scroll all the way to the right to find the Actions buttons - Select Edit
- Update the first name, last name, and role and SAVE any changes
To Add Issuers to your LifeJourney account, follow steps 1 and 2 above then:
- Select the Add New User dropdown button (blue) in the upper right of the table, select the One User option
- Add the first name, last name, email, password and role then click CREATE
- Notify your new administrative user of their email and password to log in to LifeJourney OR have them use their email and the "Forgot Password" function to create a new password for their account
