The Marketplace now captures anything and everything around purchasing, managing and monitoring your exam inventory. NOTE: Your LifeJourney role must allow you access to the Marketplace to see that menu item. Please contact success@territorium.com if you do not see the Marketplace option and you believe you should have the permission for that tool.
Under the Purchase tool, you will see the HEIghten and E-Proficiency Profile exams that can be purchased via credit card for immediate use in your administrations.
Under the Inventory tool, you will be able to track remaining exams, exams that have been used, upcoming expiration dates and even download receipts from past purchases. Note that there are 2 tabs, My Products and My Orders. Under My Products you will see the inventory tracking of your purchased exams, including the quantity used, expired and available and upcoming expiration information. Under My Orders, you will see each past and pending purchase with the ability to download a receipt for that purchase.
2. Assessments
All functionality related to assessment administrations and custom survey tools for your cohorts is now found under Assessments. NOTE: Your LifeJourney role must allow you access to Assessments to see that menu item. Please contact success@territorium.com if you do not see the Assessments option and you believe you should have the permission for that tool.
First, you will see the Administrations Dashboard. This function has moved to a new menu area, but has retained all the administration setup and management that you have been using. Here you can view the Administration names, regular time codes, extended time codes, number of students that have claimed a test code, the start/end date/times and have access to the action buttons for each administration (active and expired).
The action buttons for each administration include viewing/editing the administration details, deleting an administration, viewing the student test status for the administration, administration specific reports and accomodations such as extended time options.
Next under Assessments is Custom Products. The EdTest.ai subscription add-on provides access to a custom assessment building engine...letting institutions create high or low stakes exams with their own content, scoring, question banks and passages. Contact success@territorium.com if you would like to know more about accessing these powerful tools.
Our assessment customers can create custom surveys to deploy with test administrations - this is accomplished via the Test/Surveys, Forms and Questions tools. An in-depth article on how you can create a survey using these tools is available here. The Passages tool is available again to our EdTest.ai customers to create longer pieces of assessment content for their custom test products - if you are interested in that approach, please reach out to success@territorium.com.
