As an administrator, ensure learners complete their tests using the Reset and Reopen tools within the Administration Action functions.
Reset - Intended to provide a complete restart to the test for the learner and removes any previous answer data from the test attempt. Reset is NOT available after a student has submitted their test attempt.
Reopen- Intended to provide additional time for a learner when their test timer has run down to zero. Reopen is NOT available after a student has submitted their test attempt.
You will find the Reset and Reopen tools for any Administration in the Action buttons under View Students.
Once you select View Students, you will see that Reset and Reopen are available for those In Progress test attempts in your administration.
