Viewing a student profile as an administrator

Administrators often find themselves needing to check or modify a student profile in LifeJourney. These are the steps to view information in a student profile.

Student profiles in LifeJourney contain information about their account that was created when they first joined LifeJourney AND activities that happened while in LifeJourney (like assessments or learning experiences). 

As an administrator, you may want to look at the student profile to determine if their Student ID is entered correctly (or, update an incorrect one) OR see if a student has a badge earned from an exam or learning experience.

Updating a Student ID

Go to the Learners tool under Configuration in your Administrator menu.


Select the action button set for the specific learner you want to update and choose Edit.

Update the Student ID field and click Save.

Checking for a Badge

First, to determine which of your students might have earned a badge for proficient or advanced scores on Territorium exams, you can check your raw data in any administration. 

Next, go to the Learners tool under Configuration in your Administrator menu. 

Find your learner using their email, first name, last name or student ID, then select the action buttons for that learner and choose View Profile.

 

Lastly, look in the Open Badges tab under the Learner name/image for badges earned in LifeJourney.

An earned badge does not ensure a learner has claimed the badge in LifeJourney, just that they have qualified for that badge to be in their profile.
