Badge Analytics for HEIghten and E-Proficiency Profile

Badges are awarded to HEIghten and E-Proficiency Profile testers who have scored Proficient or Advanced scores.

The Badge Analytic tool in Advanced Assessment Reporting is built to help administrators understand the volume of badges earned and claimed for their institution for Territorium exams.

To access Advanced Reports, select Reporting> Assessment Reports > Advance Reporting.

In the Advanced Reporting section, you will find two tabs: the "Reports" tab, which lists all available advanced reporting options, and the "Executed Reports" tab, where you can access downloadable reports.
The HEIghten/E-Proficiency badges report will launch the following chart (example below has sample data for illustrative purposes):

There are many filters and sorting methods to display the data relevant to your organization (which is selected by default in the Institutions drop-down field).

  • Assessment - The name of the Administration(s) can be selected to focus on specific test windows
  • Test name - Some organizations use multiple Territorium exams and can select which test's badge data they are focusing on
  • Credential Name - This field refers to the different levels of the badges, such as Advanced or Proficient
  • Status - The main badge status options are Issued and Claimed, but other status options let you explore more of the data

The main Metrics in the data are contained within the buttons above the graph including

  • Processed
  • Approved
  • Pend. Issuance Other (This metric indicates the number of learners who did not receive credential)
  • Pend. Issuance without an Account (This metric indicates the number of learners that have a pending badge, but no account has been created)
  • Issued
  • Claimed

Dataset investigation tools around the graph include:

  • View Table/View Graph toggle to the right of the Filters - this tool lets you see the individual student badge data that is shown in the graph including the student name and dates earned/claimed

  • Slide bar along bottom of graph to zoom out/in time
  • Slide bar along left of graph to limit/increase the scale of data shown
  • To export/download your report use the View graphics toggle to show your table. Then hover in the upper right corner of your table to get the 3 option buttons. The first option is the Export data.

From the Export data dialog box, select the format options and click Export.
