How to connect with a college or university after you've created your LifeJourney account.
When logged into your LifeJourney account, click on your Profile link or image in the top left corner of the screen:
Then, click on Institutions:
Then click on the "+" sign to add an Institution:
Then, enter your personalized 6-digit code from the LifeJourney Welcome Email:
And now, you're connected to your College or University:
If you connect with multiple institutions you should not need to toggle between them - you can simply use the application normally. All interactions with any institution that you are connected with will be reflected in the application.
Adding an Institution from the Web application
You can also add new institutions if you are using LifeJourney from a web browser at
Access the Institutions section of the Wallet menu. Then select +Add Institution.
A pop-up form will allow you to input your personalized 6-digit code from the LifeJourney Welcome Email. Then click Submit to complete adding it to your account.
