Territorium is committed to making sure that the tests we offer are reliable and secure. Every set of tests is subject to an expiration, leading to better assessment planning and test form distributions across all organizations.
Do my tests expire?
When tests are purchased (either through the Marketplace or via the Territorium sales team), they are subject to an expiration date of 12 months from the time they are deposited into your LifeJourney account.
How does the expiration system work?
12 months after each order, the test inventory in that order will expire. In this way, Territorium follows a first-in, first-out system to ensure the most up to date test content and security.
Do my EPP transferred test expire?
Yes, as disclosed at the time of transfer and in subsequent communications, those units expired on December 31, 2023.
Do my HEIghten transferred tests expire?
Yes, HEIghten tests purchased from ETS and subsequently transferred to Territorium expired August 31, 2024.
I transferred my EPP Essay test inventory to HEIghten Written Communication, when will those tests expire?
All transferred EPP tests expired December 31, 2023, including those transferred to HEIghten Written Communication.
Where can I find the overview of tests used, available or expiring for my purchases or transfers?
You can find information about your test inventory in your LifeJourney account in Administrations > Orders > My Products. Here you will see the list of all exam types you purchased or transferred, the total, used, expired, and available. After the divider line, you will see the credits expiring and the next expiration date regardless of if that is in 30 days or 10 months. The credits expiring pop-up will only include units expiring on that next expiration date (see below).
Under the My Orders tab you will see a list of all purchased and transferred orders. Orders that included transferred tests have a $0 Amount and expired either on 12/31/23 or 8/31/24. Tests purchased from Territorium will expire the last day of the month, one-year from the purchase date.
You can find more information about your expiring test inventory under the icon next to your credits expiring total for each exam. Note that you may have multiple purchase dates and expirations depending on when they were purchased.
