Use the forgot password feature to recover or reset your password on the web or mobile app.
If you forget or need to change your password, you can use the “forgot password” feature either from the Web application or the mobile app.
From the login screen, select “Forgot Password” above the Login box.
Enter your email address and then click “Recover my password” to receive an email to reset your password.
A confirmation screen will be displayed. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, you can use this screen to request your recovery link again.
You will receive an email with the subject “Recover password” sent from support-lifejourney@territorium.com. Click the “Reset your password” button in the email.
On the link, you can set a new password.
Return to the home page to log in with your newly set password.
