Assessment Updates
Our product team has been busy with great improvements and new features based on feedback from EPP and HEIghten customers - learn more about some of those updates here.
Spring 2026
🔒 Lockdown browser
- New security and functionality from our partner Respondus - All testers get the most up to date version download links in the instructions when they begin their exams. Administrators can send an email to success@territorium.com to let us know you would like access to the lockdown browser administrators guide (which includes the most up to date download links and lab version download link).

💬 Terri - Quick chat help agent

Our powerful chat agent can answer your questions quickly – When you visit our Success Center you will be able to access our friendly helper, Terri, in the lower right corner of the screen. Terri loves to answer questions about our assessments, ask them anything!

📶 Easier to read dashboards
-
Assessment administration just got easier with dashboards that give you more information and options to sort and archive - The main administration dashboard now includes your time percentage related to extended test codes selected during setup, sorting options on each column, and an archive tool for inactive administrations.

Archiving an administration will remove it from your dashboard view, clearing away older or inactive administrations from the table. Archiving removes this item from the Active list, but it won't be deleted. You can restore it anytime from the Archived tab.

Under the action buttons, check out the new View Students, with options to edit learner information, remove learners from administrations, clear indications of test progress and test times. The progress bar indicator now shows in blue the percentage of the exam the learner has completed (for example, 46%) so administrators can see the progress of testers in an administration.

Removing a learner from an administration is possible if the student has not submitted their exam (or finished) - if a learner has started the exam, their time expired or they have completed the test, the option to remove them from the administration does not appear.

💻 Custom Student Instructions for Administrations
- Downloadable instructions for testers for each administration - Custom instructions that include test code, timing and steps to access assessment are now available in the action buttons next to each administration.

from scratch. - Reopen: This option clears the time but retains previously answered questions, so the Learner can continue from where they left off.

🏛️ Personalization
-
- We now offer branding and personalization options for institutions on the test tile right on the learner dashboard. What options are available? First, you can add your institution logo to the tile for all testers! If you haven’t already added your logo, go to Configuration > Personalization > Edit. In the Logo section, select Choose an image and then Save. While you are in the Personalization tool, also make sure your formal institution name shows up correctly as it will appear in blue under the Administration Name on the tile. These tools help ensure individuals understand they are taking the correct test from their school or organization. For further validation, this same test tile has been added to the submitted exam confirmation email that learners get when they complete their exam.
